TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment & Compensation

To get started on your project, we require payment in advance for all services. Here’s how it works:

• One-time services: Payment is required up front via our website, payment gateway, or by check.

• Monthly services: Paid via automatic credit card payments. Invoices include your monthly service and any add-ons you’ve requested. These are processed on the renewal date.

• Late payments: A 1.5% late fee may apply to any past-due invoices.
   

Cancellations
All agreements may be terminated with or without cause by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice. All services provided in advance will be charged upon early termination. 100% or partial refund if we have not fulfilled our obligations to deliver the work required under the agreement. Read the Refund Policy below.

Qing Agency reserves the right to cancel any agreement on projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days with or without notice.

Refund Policy

We strive to be fair while respecting the time and resources it takes to deliver quality work.

• Full refunds are available only within 3 days of signing the initial contract.

• After that point, payments are considered non-refundable.

• Monthly packages (like social media or SEO) are not refundable, but can be canceled with 30 days written notice.

• Content creation and website services are non-refundable after work has started or a draft has been delivered.

If you ever feel we haven’t fulfilled our part, let us know. We’re committed to making things right.
 

Project Timelines & Completion

We do our best to deliver high-quality work on time. If we’re waiting on content, photos, or feedback from your team, we may need to adjust our timeline.

You’ll always get a chance to review your project before anything goes live. Once you give final approval, the project is considered complete, and we’ll send over your logins, files, or published materials.

Content & Materials

We ask that you provide any logos, copy, videos, or brand elements you want included in your project.

• For copywriting services, you’ll receive a first draft, and up to 2 rounds of revisions are included.

• All content we create for you is fully licensed for your use across all platforms.

• Please only send us materials you have the rights to use.
   

​Video Production Policy

Creating video content is one of our favorite things to do! Here’s how we keep it smooth:

• We do not provide raw files. We deliver fully edited content based on the agreed deliverables.

• We include 2 rounds of revisions per video. Extra revisions are available for an additional fee.

• If no creative direction is shared at least 3 business days before the shoot, we will use our best judgment to produce content based on your brand.

• Turnaround for videos under 3 minutes: 7–14 business days.

• For multiple videos: Please allow up to 1 month.

• Rescheduling a shoot: We ask for at least 5 business days' notice. A $250 rescheduling fee may apply.

We do our best to plan ahead and use your time efficiently. Makeup, grooming, lighting, acting talent, and styling are not included unless specifically noted in your package.
 

​Revisions
We offer up to 2 rounds of major revisions on website design. Additional requests outside the scope may be billed at $175/hour.

PROJECT DELAYS, CLIENT LIABILITY, AND APPROVALS

Any time frames or estimates that we give are contingent upon your full cooperation and complete and final content in photography for the work pages.

During development, there is a certain amount of feedback required in order to progress to subsequent phases. It is necessary that a single point of contact be appointed from your side and be made available on a daily basis in order to expedite the feedback process.

If The Client fails to provide content materials, pictures, or any other information that will cause a delay of over 3 days in the project, there will be a waiting period of 30 days to reinstate your project into the pipeline.

On completion of the work, you will be notified and have the opportunity to review it. Nothing will be published without approval. You must notify us in writing of any unsatisfactory points within 7 days of such notification.

Once the final revision is approved, work cannot subsequently be rejected and the project will be considered completed. Client organizations will receive website files, logins, and passwords of their website.

WARRANTY BY YOU AS TO OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The client organization must obtain all necessary permissions and authorities in respect of the use of all copy, graphic images, registered company logos, names, trademarks, or any other material supplied to us.

Qing Agency will not be responsible for any claims or legal actions related to the content, graphic images, videos, registered company logos, names, and trademarks, or any other material supplied to us for your website.

LICENSING

Once the website is published, Qing Agency grants the client organization the license to use the website and its related software and contents for the life of the website.

NON-DISCLOSURE

Qing Agency (and any subcontractors we engage) will not at any time divulge any information that is proprietary to the client organization and will protect such information as confidential.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

Any additional expense will be reimbursed to Qing Agency by the client organization including but not limited to the purchase of templates, third-party software, stock photographs, fonts, domain name registration, web hosting, or comparable expenses.

BONUS SERVICES​
A free website designed for clients will be owned and managed by the clients after the contract with Qing Agency is over. Still, website assets made on Wix will stay on Qing Agency's Wix profile indefinitely to keep our status as official Wix legend partners. 
 

VIDEO PRODUCTION
(Video production policies are independent of policies regarding our other services)

Welcome to Qing Agency, your trusted partner in content creation. To ensure a smooth and efficient creative process, we have established the following policy regarding video and picture creation. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Refund Policy

1.1. No Refunds: Qing Agency operates with a strict no-refund policy. Once a project is initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Creative Freedom

2.1. Lack of References: If no references for color, concept, music, motion graphics, or script are provided to Qing Agency at least 3 business days before the scheduled shoot, our agency will have full creative freedom in determining these elements.

3. Production and Editing Timelines

3.1. Editing Timelines: The editing timelines for video outputs are as follows:

• For videos under 3 minutes in duration, the editing process will take 7 - 14 business days after the final production day.

• In the case of multiple video outputs from the same project, editing may take up to one month.

3.2. Revisions: All revisions, regardless of the project's duration, will require an additional 4 business days. We limit revisions to a maximum of 2 rounds.

3.3. Revisions After Sound Design: If revisions are requested after sound design has been completed, the clip will not be cut to the beat, and an extra charge will apply to re-cut the clip.

4. Responsibilities

4.1. Make-Up, Interior/Stage Design, Tidiness, Lighting, Sound Quality, Acting Skills, and Hair Do: Qing Agency is not responsible for the following aspects unless specified in the invoice:

• Make-up and grooming of individuals involved in the production.

• Interior or stage design.

• Tidiness or cleanliness of the shooting location.

• Lighting conditions.

• Sound quality.

• Acting skills of individuals involved.

• Hair styling or grooming.

5. Rescheduling and Payment

5.1. Rescheduling Fee: If a shoot date has been agreed upon and rescheduling is requested, a fee of $250 will apply. Rescheduling requests must be made at least [insert minimum notice period, e.g., 5 business days] before the original shoot date.

5.2. Advance Payment: Full payment for our services is required in advance before the project begins. Failure to make the payment may result in a delay or cancellation of the project.

6. Additional Revisions

6.1. Extra Revision Fees: Any revisions beyond the two rounds included in the project scope will incur additional fees. The fee for extra revisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity and extent of the requested changes.
